Overview

All artworks are shipped with insurance coverage and a tracking number. Undamaged artworks may be returned within 30 days at customer expense. It is recommended that insurance be added on any return shipping. Please provide a tracking number. Refunds are provided as a credit back to the original method of payment. If 30 days have elapsed since purchase, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. See Refund and return policy below for additional information.  

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same new and undamaged condition in which it was shipped to you. It must also be returned in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

To complete your return, please contact Art by Patricia Newton via email: artbypatricianewton@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your purchase.  We may require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

There are certain situations that may delay or allow for a partial refund:

Refunds

Return shipping and insurance is non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. Baring damage, refunds will be applied to your original method of payment generally within 24 hours of receipt and inspection. Please allow a reasonable time for a refund to show up on your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within a reasonable amount of time, please check your bank account first.

Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Please remember that artworks are a one-of-a-kind item. We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged with a similar item. Otherwise, there are no exchanges allowed.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.  

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the purchaser will be asked to make the return or exchange and any refunds made would be returned to the original credit card used to purchase.

You will be responsible return shipping and insurance fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a shipping label has been provided to you, return shipping and insurance will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
